Here’s the good news/bad news:

You will have to do some things differently -- and that includes initially eliminating some foods, getting movement daily, and thinking differently about it all.

What’s good about that? It will result in YOU getting results that show up in your body.

What you won’t see are the changes — for the better — that this way of doing food and lifestyle have on your health. And while it’s good to look good in our clothes and feel good every day our biggest goal is to be healthy isn’t it?

If we are sick or in pain, we aren’t focusing on much else never mind living fully.

I want you and I to live fully, experience all we came here to experience, and to do it on our terms.

But that’s a whole ‘nother conversation we can have...
